OK, that worked…can you explain why it did and did not work as rsnew/rsold?
are there other options such as rsupdated?

There are several possibilites why you should use rsold instead of rsnew:

  1. The values are not changed in that current form.
  2. The fields are read-only (similar to #1 above).

Unfortunately, no. You should either use rsold or rsnew.
