Advanced Search Issues with User Values

Hi

Using PHP Maker 2020

I have a table with a number of fields

one field is called source and it contains one of two values (BRAMS or Graves) on the advanced search operator I have selected = and then selected Multiple and use dropdown and then added user values and used BRAMS and GRAVES for the label and value - the search form works a treat

my second field on the same form is called fname and it contains names and i have followed the same process but the result is different

I have the select box but its empty despite adding values and labels in the User Values
I also notice on the search form its not putting the Caption

Pointers appreciated

Make sure that you have regenerated all files. Show the table schema and the exact field settings if problem persists.
