I do not know this why only in this project.
are these other supporting files missing? or is there another solution?

Your project file may be corrupted. Check if you can find the backup project files in “Documents\PHPMaker\Backup”.

backup files display the same results

You may try click Project → History, see if you can go back to some older version. If not, your project probably is so corrupted that cannot be recovered.
