Image with hashtag are not shown on the listpage

Hi,
Image with hashtag like 001_#001-pes.jpeg
are not shown on the listpage. They can be added but,
after I dont see them in list and editpage

I cant change the filename. They are from a client.

You may try Encrypt file path.
