Import - shows 100% but nothing happens

So I have a project where I can add records manually without problems but if I try to import it returns no error, it shows the window with “upload completed” and the blue bar at 100% but nothing else happens.

What could this be?

I have another online project where I import wihout any problems.
I’m using a subdomain from a main domain that is also mine, using the same access server details.

In case anyone gets the same error, it’s a permission issue.
For what I could change on Plesk’s panel, permissions seemed ok but there wasn’t writing permissions set to the folder/subdomain, so after asking for help to hosting support, all is solved now.
Thanks anyway and hope this helps someone else in the future
