Numeric range in column headings in Crosstab

Hi everyone, Crosstab reports is a very very killer feature for me.
I have a situation where I have a view with:

  1. id
  2. age
  3. cities
  4. country
  5. …
    I’m doing a crosstab, is it possible to somehow set up an age breakdown based on a range set by me? For example: 0 - 5 years, 5 -10 years etc. etc.
    If I put a date in the column header, phpmaker gives me the opportunity to summarize the data by year, by month, by quarter of year, but this is not possible with numeric data.
    Any suggestion ?

You may create your Database View first to display the fields in numeric range, and then use it for your Reports.

Yes sure, this is probably the best solution at the moment, but i think that this could be a gret feature to implement!
