I am getting this error on saving a new project.

Any ideas of why or places to look ?

Make sure you have already run the installation as “Administrator”. If not, uninstall, then install again.

Try sync your project with your database, the error usually means there is an unknown table or field.

I installed as administrator, and it happens on a new blank project

Try Project → Save as to save the file to different locations. Did you get the same result? Also load different databases to see if it is specific to a particular project.
