I’m creating an application to manage movies, year, author, director, cast, synopsis, etc. so far everything is fine. My brother wants to use this same application to make his films. Our tastes are different and I wanted to use the same database structure but with a different name for it.
How do I select the database I want to use before logging in?

You may try “Linked Tables” feature. Please read that topic from PHPMaker Help menu for more info and example.
He had imagined another option. To be able to choose the database before login and on the login page you would already have the database chosen, is it possible with PHPMaker?
Unfortunately, there is no such feature in PHPMaker.
