Text display problem present in the Tooltip (v12)

Greetings to the forum,

I have a problem with an old application that I developed a few years ago with version 12 of Phpmaker. Unfortunately I have enormous difficulties in updating the code to the new version of PhpMaker and if possible I would like to solve using the old version 12. In the application I made use of the Tooltip function that allows me to view the value of the text coming from within a comic from a certain field of my table.

My problem is related to the fact that sometimes the information cannot be displayed because it is positioned in a part of the monitor that is not visible.
This fact occurs above all if the records on my page are greater than 10. In the first records the comic is seen correctly then, moving to the following records, it goes down more and more until it is no longer seen on the monitor. Can I solve it somehow?

I believe this topic had not been answered for more than 11 days, since you’re using the old version.

Please, always use the latest version, since support will be always available only for the latest version.

Forgive me. I have to think that those who for some reason are unable or unable to migrate to the new version are left to themselves. A forum should follow everyone.

I know that forum should follow everyone. However, most of member in this forum always use/follow the latest version. That’s why if you see many topics are discussed in this forum refer to the latest version. The older versions are not discussed anymore. That’s the real fact that should we realize.
