Upload on EDIT Page Error

When I try upload a file from EDIT Page I got a error as

" Fatal error: Cannot use for reading in C:\wamp\www.…\vendor\hkvstore\phpthumb\src\PHPThumb\PHPThumb.php on line 72"

I am using
PHP 5.6.25
Window 2008 R2 Enterprises
.NET Framework 4.5.1

If possible, try to always use the latest version of PHP. Currently is PHP version 7.x.

today I spent the whole day but unable to resolve

In the WAMP itself there was a option to change the PHP version
and I have change to 7.0.1
I have download the appropriate sqlsrv extension for WAMP

Now when I open the website I got an error as
SQL SERVER VERSION NOT SUPPORTED IN mssqlnative DRIVER

But when I create the project using the old PHPMaker 2017 it is working fine.

Oh My mistake

It is working now

I have miss out the Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server
