I do not know why.
I install it normally from the official page and when I want to start it it doesn’t open

Make sure you have installed all the system requirements. (If you have antivirus software, you may check if it is blocking it.)

i installed all of the requirements for the system. but, it won’t open
i have desactivated the antivirus software
Older versions work. Is there anything new in 2024 that influences Windows?(Windows 10/11 on ARM is NOT officially supported) i have “64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor”. as I do?

I have just tested on a Windows 11 Pro ARM virtual machine, v2024 works fine. Just make sure all the system requirements are properly installed.
