2FA via email still does not work. that’s the 5th code sent… emails are sent but the codes do not appear to work.
no errors whatsoever, deleted cookies, refreshed, regenerated.

You may enable Debug and check the log file for more detailed error message such as SMTP errors. In the debug bar’s “Emails” section, you may also see email related errors.

we receive the email and code, that’s not the issue, its not authenticating the code that was sent. there are no errors in the smtp email portions
If you have deleted cookies, you need to validate the email for 2FA again.

You may enable Debug, enter your OTP from the email you received, when you see the error, open the log file and check the errors, post the log for discussion.
