  1. Do not use “..”, you may read Upload path → Notes.
  2. Note that IIS user is not always IUSR, you may also want to set up for your IIS application pool name (or IIS_IUSRS). If it still does not work, you may set up write permission for Everyone.
  3. Using Apache is preferred for PHP, if you are not familiar, you may try WampServer.
