It would be useful to add the "Menu" permission in userlevelpermissions to display a List page. Now, to display a page in the menu, you need to select the "List" permission. However, sometimes it would be useful to display a "List" page without having it in the menu (for example, if I want to display a detail list page without displaying it in the menu, perhaps so that a user can see the detail records only for filtered master pages).
