When I create a custom file with the same name as a existing table application is not working anymore. This is the second time I have this. Last time I had to recreate my whole project again. It took me 10 hours.

I already changed the name of the custom file but no luck.

My table is named SystemType.

PHPmaker renamed System Type to System Type 2 in my menu item.

Can someone help me pls?

You may try to add SystemType keyword into C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\phpmaker2026\src\keyword.xml file, then re-generate ALL the script files again.

You mean as a reserved word so that it’s being skipped?

No that didn’t help.

I openend a backup from 2 weeks ago and generated that project. Still the same error??? How is that possible?

No, you cannot, you need to use an unique name for your custom file.

Can I still fix my project somehow? I already deleted the custom file but no luck.

And please make sure the user cannot do this anymore. Thank you.

Delete your Custom Files with duplicate names, sync your project with your database, then clear project folder first and generatre all files again.
