Allow administrators to see all records (v2024)

hi,i set up for a table, the User ID Security feature. I have a table with records, where the user can only see his own records according to the user_id column. But how do I set the user type administrator (userlevel -1) to see all records in the table. After Administrator login, the records in the table are still filtered by the user_id value.
In Advance Security tab I have set User ID Field and also User Level Field.

(db tables fo Dynamic User Levels are not used in this project).
Did I miss something?

There is no need to set permissions for administrators (including Administrator User Level) who always see all records.
