Best way to add detail table in master table

Hi,
I would like to add a detail table inside of the ADD table of the master table, is it any way to do so?
for example, A as master table has 2 fields (name and id) and B as detail table (phone)
I want something like this on one page:Id:
Name:Phone:
(+ for adding more phone)
