Browser other than Chrome

Dear Experts.I have problems with opening PHPMAKER2020 reportS in other browser other than Chrome.
In CHrome it can shows in full… however in Mozilla Opera and Explorer… many times… when we click Process to show the Report… after filter…THERE IS No records shows…Is there any explanation for this… Maybe I did something wrong…?
There is no problem with opening any OTHER FORM… only in Reports form…Thank u

  1. Make sure you use latest version of browser, system requirement is: Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari/Opera (latest), IE 10+.
  2. If not browser version, that might be due to some JavaScript, make sure you use the latest version of template and clear temp files in your browser to make sure the latest ew.js is used.
  3. If still not working, check HTML element in your browser, see if the data is there. If the data exists, then it might be due to some CSS, check which CSS style hides the data.
