Call to undefined function ctype_lower()

I have Update my PHP v 7.3 → 7.4 ,
And everything works fine until I go to login page so I got this internal Error :/hermes/bosnaweb22a/b843/ipg.lilrisk201889232/vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/Token/Tag.php(44): Call to undefined function ctype_lower()but on my local Sever it’s worked fine , so I wondering what I have miss ?

well problem hase been solved :
i just Add this extension to the php.ini file :extension=ctype.soand now it’s work fine .
