CKeditor set Basic/Standard/Full per table or field

For some tables I need the full CKEditor with all whistles and bells.
Other tables I need only the bare minimum.
It would be nice to be able to set this preference on a per table or even per field basis

You may use the “create.editor” client side event to change the config. Alse see Client Script → Example 4.
