Class Not Registered

I installed a fresh windows 10, since my OS is corrupted. I installed Phpmaker 2022,but when i open it, the error: Class Not Registered: Class ID {6DD64F88-A487-3644-8B31-29A5D8B9B54E}

It’s almost a week i am searching for solution
