I have the following page with master detail add: TeamEntryList?showmaster=club&fk_club_id=1234&fk_league_id=12345
(The initial list page is called from a club detail preview, and also that the true fk values are shown if i refresh the page)
When I click on the Grid Add link it has the following URL:
TeamEntryList?action=gridadd&showmaster=club&fk_club_id=%23%23null%23%23&fk_league_id=%23%23null%23%23
What's happened to the fk values?
