the navigation buttons are a total mess along with the dropdown options menu button is not displaying correctly

I still have this problem although downloaded the latest version of PHPmaker 2020.14 and I did clear the cache.
I tested on Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox and the problem is there regardless of the browser.

Did you manage to resolve it?

for me it is working ok but with navbar items only there seem to be an issue when i click on a sub menu which have another sub the sub-sub menu pops to left of the screen, which is odd.
