Extensions keep unchecking after a code generate

Hi,
v.2025

just noticing a few extensions seem to uncheck themselves after a code generation
audit trail
field visibility
removexss

when you go back into the extension, the settings are reset to what they were prior
not sure why…

  1. Go to the node modules folder (e.g. C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\phpmaker2025\node_modules\@phpmaker), make sure those extensions are present). If not, run Tools → Update Templates again.
  2. Click Tools → Exensions, make sure those extensions are enabled.
  3. If you open or revert to some backup version of your project, make sure the extensions are also enabled in those older versions.

the packages were there, I deleted the ones in question, updated phpM reinstalled the missing packages and it appears the extensions stayed selected after reload.
