In 2026 what is the best way to use google charts in a custom file.
trying there eample. i can see loader.js is loaded

There is no built-in support for Google Charts, you need to add it yourself, see the example.
Adding your code directly in the Content of the Custom File is fine.
(The JQMIGRATE deprecation notes are irrelevant, it just tells you what are deprecated in jQuery 4. You are not using jQuery here.)
