Hello mobhar,
i have used custom template add page(patient.php) and custom tamplate list page(patient.php),Now when i call (patientlist.php) i don’t have those buttons of edit ,delete on this table , how i can add delete button for example .
i hope it is clear and bardon me for my proken language
