How to get Current Location latitude longitude

Is there any way to get the Current Location Latitude and longitude
I am trying to created a Survey Project. I have table with the following fields -
name
literate
address
pincode
latitude
longitudeIn this table when my client click on the ADD button
he should enter the name, literate, address, pincode
But the latitude and longitude should be taken automatically the current location latitude and longitude.
