Lookup - Parent/Filter doesn't work properly

I’m using Parent/Filter, and I have all the values set correctly. When I regenerate all the scripts, the information in that field appears fine. But when I add new information, it doesn’t show up—I have to regenerate all the scripts again for the new information to appear, whether it’s new data or deleted data.

You may try disable the advanced setting Use lookup cache.
