Make German language file from old language file

try to fix this for 2025 but after changes still will not shown in language select box.

what I did:

language version=“24.1.0” id=“de-CH”

1.) change version from 24.01.0 to 25.04.0
2.) change ID from CH to “de-DE”
3.) save + copy to language dir
4.) restart phpmaker 2025.4
5.) in php maker menue language on english aviable

  1. Make sure you update the language file based on the v2025 English version, don’t just change version number (which should be “25.4.0”, not “25.04.0”) and language ID.
  2. Check if your language file can be loaded, you may check with browser such as Firefox,
  3. Make sure you put your language file in the correct folder, see Making Language Files.
