When trying to run PHPMaker, I am getting several different errors starting withDAX ErrorError creating object. Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 (or later) have been properly installed.Then the error occurs:Catastrophic Failure, ClasID:{A Key}Next is Access Violation at address…Is anyone facing this problem?I have already reinstalled Mircrosoft Data Access and I have already reinstalled PHPMaker and I have already restarted the computer

  2. Which PHP version are you using in your web server?
  3. What database are you using?

I’m using version 2023 with update 13. The problem is when opening the program. No database connection or anything. When I try to open it, I get several errors.

I don’t think v2023 uses MDAC anymore, just make sure you have installed all other system requirements.

Which Windows version are you using as operating system?

It is probably a Windows system issue. You may also google the error message (e.g. “DAX Error Error creating object Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 (or later) have been properly installed”) for more info.

I believe it could be some incompatibility with the windows update KB5026372. On the Microsoft website it says:improvements
This security update includes improvements that were part of the KB5025305 update (released April 25, 2023). When installing this KB:This update affects the Hardware-enforced Stack Protection security feature in Kernel mode. The update adds more drivers to the driver database that are not compatible with it. A device uses this database when you enable this security feature in the Windows Security UI and it loads drivers.This update addresses a race condition in LAPS (Windows Local Administrator Password Solution). The Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) may stop responding. This occurs when the system processes multiple local account operations at the same time. The access violation error code is 0xc0000005.
