super admin usernames do not support the @ character, I have not tried with other characters
To reproduce, write the username with @ and when activating the two-factor authentication it is not valid

when the es-CO language is activated it does not validate the OTP
give this message
Error: One-time password was not sent due to error: Undefined property: stdClass::$Subject
Cookie does not allow “@”. Click Tools → Update Template and try again.
Update the template as instructed, clear the browser cache and try again without success.
The application sends the code to the email and adding it the system does not validate it
I tried both email and SMS with a username containing “@” and both works fine.
Delete C:\Users\usee\AppData\Roaming\PHPMaker2025, re-open PHPMaker and try again.
