in V2021 there is no spaces between the rows which is making it look very squashed.
I have cleared the browser cache, cleared template cache, tried different browsers clears any custom css, reset the theme but still the same.
Any idea?

You might have old theme settings, try to reset the theme settings by choosing another theme (under HTML → Theme tab) and then reverting to the original theme.
Also tired this, same issue.
You may clear temp files in your browser to make sure the new *.css files are used.
