Npm http cache registry invalid (v2024)

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. I update Node.js and when I try to update via Tools -> Update Template, I receive the following messages:

npm http cache registry.npmjs.org/monaco-editor 12ms (cache hit)
after
npm http cache with chalk 22ms (cache hit)
after
npm http cache with change-case 24ms (cache hit)

and after

Application Error

Exception EConvertError in module ASPNETMaker.exe at 00093B1C.Format 'npm http cache registry' invalid or incompatible with argument.

I am using ASP.NET Maker 2024.

Upgrade to ASP.NET Maker 2025 if possible.

If this is not possible, try enabling the Update template on start advanced setting, then restart ASP.NET Maker.
