Hi using V2026.10
If I uses the reset option i can change my password but then when i use the email \ password it says the password is incorrect
If manually go into the database and set a password that works fine
When i use the password reset i can see in the dbase that the password has been changed but as its encrypted I cant see what it is
Pointers for trouble shooting appreciated

What did you mean by when you use "the email \ password"?

After using the reset option enter the email address as the username and password but i get the message "Incorrect username or password

Make sure your password field size is large enough for the new password.

the password field in the database is set to varchar - 50
