php version 7

sorry for the question which could seem strange but i really don’t know how to manage the version of php

my environment is based on windows xampp with php version 5.6 but i’d like to move on php version 7
after changing the xampp on rhe version 7 what i have to do on php maker 2020 to be compatible with the new php version ?

do you have some suggestions, tutorial or documents

If you meant from this topic: http://hkvforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=48780 then it is the minimum requirement for the next major version of PHPMaker which is probably version 2021.

If you use PHP 7 for the generated web application by PHPMaker 2020, then it’s fine. You’re good t go, since PHPMaker v2020 also supports for PHP 7.
