Problem with letter by exporting to word

Hi,

I am exporting some contents to PDF and to Word.
The letter like ö,ü etc. are showing in PDF correctly but not in Word.

I getting in Word “Rö” for “Rö”.

Where should I check this?

Do you use PHPWord or not? What is the charset of your project?

The project charset is “utf-8” (PHPMaker/HTML/General).

I am using the export icon above the search field for word, beside to pdf icon.
The extension “PHPWord” unter Tools/Extensions is NOT activated.

Then it should work, check the data in your table and make sure it is in utf-8.

The strange think is that the same export is working for pdf but not for word.
Anyway thank you for your time and input.
