Summary Report issue with Date interval Year

using v2020.0.13

summary report with date field using Date interval Year

looks like there is an error in the template where the word “Year” in the WHERE statement should be “=”

please see the error below
Failed to execute SQL. Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘Year ‘2020’))) COUNT_TABLE’ at line 1 (1064)

please note: for relative periods the WHERE statement is working

Make sure that you have enabled the following settings:

  • Edit Tag → Use lookup Table
  • Lookup Table, Table name = Report name, Link field = Field name, Display field = Field name

The lookup table has been enabled.

Grouping interval = Year
Relative years selected

Relative values work but the actual years i.e. 2019, 2020 do not work and throw errors

Are you using v2020.0.14?

I am using v2020.0.15 at this time and have the same problem.

Also, when exporting to pdf, excel or word, if charts are shown I get the following popup message “Upload folder does not exist.”
If I remove the charts from the report exports properly.

  1. Cannot simulate. As explained earlier:

Make sure that you have enabled the following settings:

  • Edit Tag → Use lookup Table
  • Lookup Table, Table name = Report name, Link field = Field name, Display field = Field name
  1. Make sure that the upload folder (General Options → File Upload → Upload folder) is set up and enabled with write permission.
