The Modify button has disappeared in Master Detail section

Hello. The Modify button has disappeared. What can I do?. Using pkpmaker 2022.12.4. Thanks!

Your registry might be corrupted, you may delete registry settings for the version under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PHPMaker and the restart PHPMaker.
