This forum is open for both registered and unregistered users, everyone can post questions about using PHPMaker for open discussion.

Please be polite. No one is obliged to reply your post, any users replying your questions are trying to help you out as a fellow user.

Always try before you ask and post your code first, don’t expect someone to post code for you to copy and paste without the need to understand and try.This is also NOT a forum for:

  • When a new version will be released?
  • What are the new features of the next version?
  • Unsupported features

Please be considerate. Before posting questions, it is recommended that you search forum first, many frequently asked questions are already asked or answered before.Notes:

  • Give a meaningful subject, don’t use “Help”, “Urgent”, etc. (see next post)
  • Describe your questions in details, don’t just say “xxx is not working”.
  • Do not post image hosted on other sites.
  • Post the related segment of code (don’t post the whole page).
  • Describe steps to reproduce behavior.
  • Follow threads, do not try to top the list by opening new threads or double posting.
  • Do not “bump” your post.
  • If your problem is solved, post the solution.
  • Do not post off-topic (not related to PHPMaker, e.g. PHP, web server, database configuration issues, third party tools).
  • No advertising.
  • No external links (they will be removed).

Please provide sufficient information

  1. Please give descriptive subject for your post
  • Do not use subjects like “Error”, “Help”, “Urgent”, etc., use a subject that describes the problem.
  • Describe your questions in details, don’t just say “xxx is not working”.
  1. Post related information so that your problem can be reproduced, e.g.
  • Post the version you use if you are not using the latest version
  • Post table schema (CREATE TABLE statements with enough data) and SQL
  • Post related project settings (e.g. Lookup Table and Edit Tag settings for lookup fields)
  • Post full error message (if any), if there is an error line number, post source code around that line
  • Post your code (e.g. server events and JavaScript)
