Tooltip placement for drop-downs

You just released v26.15 that has "top” placement for Dropdown tooltips. However, top placement only applies if each individual dropdown has 'data-placement="top”’ entered for Custom Attributes. It would be nice to make that an option for Tools-Advanced Settings or at least for Table Options.

I for one, find ALL my drop-downs are obscured with Select2 default bottom tooltips.

If you want to change all tooltip placement to "top", you can use Page_Head server event, e.g.
