Upgrade to PHP >= 8.4

Please be reminded that PHP 7.4 or 8.0 had already reached its end of life (i.e. A release that is no longer supported. Users of this release should upgrade as soon as possible, as they may be exposed to unpatched security vulnerabilities.), if you are still using PHP 7.4 or 8.0, you should upgrade to PHP >= 8.1 now.

Since there has been no more active support for PHP 8.1 since 2023/11/25, it is highly recommend that you use PHP >= 8.2.See the official PHP: Supported Versions for details.

PHPMaker 2025 requires PHP >= 8.1. The next major version will require PHP >= 8.2.

Please be advised that active support for PHP 8.3 ended on 2025/12/31 (see PHP Supported Versions). Continuing to use PHP 8.3 may expose your applications to security risks and prevent access to important bug fixes.

Although PHPMaker 2026 only requires PHP >= 8.2, to ensure ongoing support and prepare for future framework upgrades, it is recommended to upgrade your environment to PHP 8.4 or newer as soon as possible.
