upload file main header color navbar not load

navbar color header at local work but when upload is not uploaded is there a setting that needs to be changed?
on php maker 2020. in php maker 2019 it doesn’t matter

Make sure you have generated the .css files and uploaded them again. Clear temp files in your browser to make sure the new .css files are used. To be sure, you may select a new theme (under HTML → Theme) to make sure the theme settings for AdminLTE 3.0.2 are populated.
