User ID Security shows all records

I’m struggling with User Id security in PHPMaker 2025 - it works perfect in the 2024 version ( I just tried again with a smail project), but in 2025 it just shows all records for every user.

You better double check your User ID Security settings. Also make sure the letter case of the tables and fields are correct in your project settings.

I figured it out:
I tripped over the “new” Permission “Access” with the User Levels. If you give that permission to the user, he still sees all the records, no matter how the record level security is configured (UserID)

Somewhere I read that “Access” is the old “admin” permission, so it’s understandable that it works that way, but still not easy to find and to make a mistake, especially since it’s arranged between “List” and “Lookup/Search/View” - so it’s not structured in any way
