I know about the normal uses of a lookup table but I want to use a lookup just to populate 2 or 3 fields BUT then allow the user to edit those fields WITHOUT any changes being fed back to the linked lookup table.
I’m just wanting to use the lookup as a convenient way of filling in some names and other data but any changes do NOT want to be fed back to the linked lookup table.
Is this possible?
